30 MILE BIKE RIDE/ SHAYTEMBER


Saturday I went on a bike ride with a really close friend of mine. Ive been wanting to go bike riding for quite some time now, and I made it a goal to do it. I rode 30 miles which was my set goal, but I left like I could of went on forever. It felt great to actually accomplish something positive. I usually set goal and I never commit to them, but for the month of September I have decided to take 30 days of my life and turn them into productive days. I thank Shay Carl for inspiring me to do this, he has been the person I look up to for the past 3 years. I have offcially committed myself to join #SHAYTEMBER. I cant wait for the next 28 days. 

MY GOALS FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH
  • MEATLESS MONDAY'S (Even though I failed it today)
  • NO SUGAR DURING THE WEEK, ONLY ON WEEKENDS
  • EXERCISE ATLEAST 20 MINUTES A DAY
  • GO TO BED EARLY, BEFORE 1AM.
  • TWEET POSITIVE THINGS
  • BLOG 2-3 TIMES A WEEK
